About us
We are a new trade union organization uniting IKEA employees. Trade unions at IKEA ceased to exist in the past, but we have decided to reestablish them because we believe that employees deserve to have a strong voice in protecting their rights and improving working conditions. Our goal is to promote fair treatment, equal opportunities, and open dialogue with the employer.
