Join the Union 

We're glad you've decided to become a member of our trade union.

The application form is available for download below. You can also obtain it from union secretaries, union leadership members (see the About Us section), or union notice boards. Please fill it out properly. 

The application form also includes consent for deducting the union fee from your salary, but fill this out only if you agree with it. If you prefer to pay the fees by another method (e.g., standing order), simply skip this section of the application. However, do not forget to make the payments accordingly. The membership fee is 200 CZK per month. Account number: 2103111781/2010. Please include your first and last name in the payment reference.

Once completed, submit the application to the union secretary, union leadership members, or place it in the designated drop box on the union notice board (available at some branches).
